Road use requires DVLA registration, a driving licence, road tax and third-party insurance.
**Please note: that this High Speed scooter falls outside the traditional Class 1, 2, or 3 mobility scooter categories. It is classified as "Not in Class," which carries the following legal requirements and is also NOT eligible for VAT relief:
- Driving Licence: You must hold a valid driving licence to operate this vehicle.
- DVLA Registration: This vehicle must be registered with the DVLA.
- Insurance: It is mandatory to have valid insurance to drive this vehicle.

Our delivery drivers are unable to take any items directly into the property and will only deliver to the front door, therefore we do recommend ensuring there are two people present to assist at the time of delivery on orders over 25kgs.
