Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, then we ask for you to contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order. To do so, please call 0800 689 0388 Mon-Fri 9-5pm. Orders are processed during these office hours so if your order is placed out of hours, please send an email to customerservice@mobilitysolutionsdirect.com and then you must also call us at the start of the next business day to ensure the best chance of order cancellation. Unfortunately, after your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes and our standard returns policy applies.

Returns Policy

Upon receiving your order, we hope that our product meets all your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product the following policy applies:

Delivery Damage

If you think that your product has damaged in transit by your courier then please can you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Standard Non-Faulty Returns

If you want to return your product for any other reason then we ask for you to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days have elapsed, we are unable to accept your return. Once you have notified us of your return, you then have a further 14 days in which to send the goods back. To request a return, please call a member of our team on 0800 689 0388 or email: customerservice@mobilitysolutionsdirect.com. Please read the below return guidelines to ensure a full refund is obtained.

Important Return Guidelines

Please return your product in its original packaging. We allow our customers to unpack the product and inspect it to ensure that it is as you expected. However, we advise you to do this carefully and keep all original packaging as any damage to the packaging or product caused may reduce your right to return the product for a full refund. If you have used or tested the product, we may not be able to sell it to another customer as ‘new’. Therefore, please be aware that where the value of the product has been reduced through either poor repacking, return transit damage and customer handling or usage we may only make a partial refund. To assist in this process, we are happy to answer any queries or give advice regarding repackaging your product for a return. Please call our helpline on: 0800 689 0388. If the product is returned unused and in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund. On successful inspection of our quality checks, we will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the order back.

Product Faults & Warranty

Our products are covered by a back-to-base warranty. Standard warranty coverage is 12 months from purchase. If your product has developed a fault, please send an email to customerservice@mobilitysolutionsdirect.com with details of the fault and we will be in contact to assist you. 

Please note that any faults developed outside of the specified back-to-base coverage will be subject to repair charges and shipping costs.
